COVID19SLEEPSTUDY
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many young adults have experienced a delay in their typical maturation periods. With lockdowns and isolation periods, these young adults may have missed out on critical developmental milestones. This study explores the associations of mental health, sleep, and personality in the context of the pandemic, to better understand the impact of the pandemic on this developmental period. We are aiming to understand the relationship between sleep quality, stress levels, and current mental health symptoms in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic in young adults. We are also looking to understand whether current levels of stress and mental health problems can be attributed to the impact of the pandemic.
BE A PART OF OUR RESEARCH!
Has the COVID-19 pandemic affected your sleep? Are you interested in telling researchers about how the current situation has impacted you?
We want to hear about it! The MAPP Lab at Cleveland State University is interested in understanding the relationships between sleep, mental health, and personality in people like you. Our research will help us better understand the challenges facing young adults in the context of COVID-19.
